Outstanding food and service. Our first visit surpassed even our highest expectations. The location sets the science, right on the lakefront. We had Mussels in White Wine and Wallete with a butter, lemon and caper sauce. Mashed potatoes and Broccollini rounded out the walleye. I can’t wait to return. I highly recommend Bartlett Fish Camp

Excellent little restaurant in Michigan city. We were in the area for 3 days, we went to the restaurant twice. Take the bouillabaisse, octopus and the Mac&Cheese. You will not get disappointed. Both servers that we had were very exceptional, professional with a lot of great recommendations

We were in the area and did a simple Google search for seafood. A few choices came up, but nothing looked good. I then scrolled past the fish camp and checked out the photos that were available and knew right away. This was what I was hungry for. We drove the short trip to the location and I’m sure glad we did. The parking lot was full at dinner time so I knew it was a popular spot. We walked in and were seated right away, we had one of the nicest servers ever. I had the mahi mahi and my lady had the walleye. Both were on special. Both dinners were nicely plated and good portioned. The Bloody Mary was also bloody tasty!! You do pay a premium however you definitely get what you pay for. Outstanding quality and great atmosphere will keep us coming back!!

Saw an article in the NWI Times about the chef and also this spot so decide to check it out. My wife and I came in with the plan of splitting some apps and stuck to that until we saw the opportunity for Lobster Risotto . So, we had some Oysters, some Clam Chowder and then decide to go out of the comfort zone with the Octopus. We then finished with the Risotto and washed it down with some Blackberry Smash's. Food was EXCELLENT. Clam Chowder was packed with flavor. The Oyster were good ( my wife loved them and I'm still learning to) , we had two varieties but they offered even more. As for the Octopus it was good, loved the char on it. But i have some issues with texture and visuals so for me I wouldn't order again but it tasted good and the Fig (jam? ) it had with it was very good. It was a Greek version. The Lobster Risotto was heavenly and I savored every bight. So good! Our server was really great, she was knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. Nice place and I can see why it gets packed when the weather gets warm with ourdoor seating and water view. We-Will-Be-Back : )

Chef Nicole created the most amazing French Cassoulet! The depth of flavor was incredible. Words can hardly describe how fantastic it was. My wife had the Wild Mushroom, Scallop Risotto which was also outstanding. Angie was charming, fun and professional! Also great seeing our favorite server, Jack, who was expertly manning the bar. It was a beautiful October evening. Fish Camp was our destination. We love the ambience and tempting menu. Our server, Jack, was charming and has served us so well on numerous visits. The Grilled Tuscan Salmon with toasted couscous, asparagus and tomato basil butter was phenomenal! My wife had the Fried Shrimp Platter. One of her favorites! Five stars always! So happy to have Fish Camp open for 2023! A favorite dining destination for sure! One of the new menu items is the Togarashi Glazed Salmon with ginger basmati rice and asparagus! WOW! Our server, Gabrielle, was perfectly attentive and charming! Such a nice dinner! Thank you! Recently we visited on a beautiful Sunday afternoon! The Cucumber Mint Martini was just the right start! The Gumbo with Shrimp was packed with flavor and so delicious! Outstanding experience always! We stopped in for a late lunch on Saturday afternoon. Our service was fantastic and friendly! The fried oysters were delicious and the Linguini Clam Vongole was tremendous! The Calabrian chile gave it a nice kick! Everything was excellent! One of our favorite dining options in the area! The shrimp and grits was amazing! Shrimp, andouille, creamy white cheddar polenta and garlic rainbow chard make for an amazing dining experience! We love Fish Camp! The quality of the food is outstanding and their commitment to service is evident even during the most challenging of times! Highly recommend! Lobster Cobb Salad on a sunny Sunday afternoon is the best!

Excellent food! You can tell it was fresh. Fried Shrimp were large! Lobster bisque had almost a whole tail of lobster in the cup. The shrimp and grits was excellent. But it was more like shrimp and andouille sausage with what look like cornbread to me. Whatever it was a tasted great! Buffalo wing appetizer was great too! Of course a great view of the water, especially sitting out on the deck.
